New Penn Financial is seeking a successful Sales Recruiter for our Third Party Originations (TPO) Division that will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment including, but not limited to: conducting candidate searches, phone screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and presenting offers for all Inside TPO Mortgage Sales positions.
The ideal candidate should be a proven sales recruiter with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast-paced environment, with 4+ years of experience in a recruiting/sales/mortgage environment. The successful candidate must have the ability to partner with hiring managers to build and maintain relationships, while sourcing the best candidate for the position and the company.
