    Primary Function                                                                                                                                                                                          

    New Penn Financial is seeking a successful Sales Recruiter for our Third Party Originations (TPO) Division that will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment including, but not limited to:  conducting candidate searches, phone screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and presenting offers for all Inside TPO Mortgage Sales positions. 

    The ideal candidate should be a proven sales recruiter with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast-paced environment, with 4+ years of experience in a recruiting/sales/mortgage environment.  The successful candidate must have the ability to partner with hiring managers to build and maintain relationships, while sourcing the best candidate for the position and the company.

    • Interact with TPO Sales hiring managers to determine the goals of the division and hire quality candidates based on those interactions
    • Determine the best resources for the mortgage sales position including posting on an appropriate job board, sourcing the best candidates, screening, and interviewing the candidate
    • Presentation of offer to the candidate, communication between candidate and hiring manager if negotiations are required, act as point of contact until candidate on boards with New Penn Financial
    • Ensure that TPO channel is making the best hiring decision for the candidate, the department, and the company overall  
    • Additional projects and duties as assigned 



     Education and Experience Requirements

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • 2 + years of corporate/sales recruiting experience is required
    • 1 + years of experience in an agency setting
    • Mortgage experience is preferred but not required
    • Previous experience utilizing an ATS (application tracking system) is a plus
    • Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) is required

    Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized, detail oriented, ability to work independently and with a team
