    Primary Function:


    New Penn Financial is looking to build a NEW to industry Purchase Retention team.  This inside sales position will be responsible for generating sales of residential lending products by soliciting existing customers to retain existing business.  Consumers will be captured from internal and external sources including, but not limited to, existing portfolio customers, targeted direct mail campaigns, non-solicited internet applications and direct inbound calls.

    • Originate mortgage loans by responding to company-provided leads via phone in a timely manner
    • Provide superior customer service
    • Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer appropriate products
    • Take mortgage loan applications by phone and prepare effective loan proposals
    • Obtain all necessary information to close the loan in a timely manner, including but not limited to: credit reports, income verification, appraisals, lien searches, etc.
    • Meet individual monthly sales goals
    • Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry
    • Maintain compliance with the New Penn Financial Code of Conduct



    • Recent origination experience in the mortgage industry required – NMLS Licensing strongly preferred
    • This person is required to have experience utilizing persuasive, selling communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
    • Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
    • Ability to analyze financial statements and related documentation
    • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
    • Will need to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to pass a background check for state licensing
