    Primary Function

    Do you enjoy helping people build their financial future?  You will be responsible to assist the Loan Officers in developing, and soliciting new business from our Real Estate partners in order to increase capture rates and profitability within the offices.  You’ll also be responsible for working closely with Loan Officers, customers and Realtors during the entire process of the loan file from begining through closing.  Always ensuring constant communication and only the highest quality of service is delivered.

    Responsibilities

    • Reading and reviewing financial documents in order to make sound financial decisions
    • Working directly with underwriters and loan officers to understand the financial picture of the customer
    • Interacting with loan officers to coordinate the approval process and make it as efficient as possible
    • Apply your skills and experience to insure proper compliance and adhere to industry regulations and standard

    Minimum Qualifications

     

     

     

    • MLO license is a plus but not required to process in SC.
    • High-school diploma or GED.
    • Minimum of 3+ years loan processing experience with demonstrated knowledge of Convventional, FHA, VA, USDA, State Housing, and Non-Conforming loans.
    • Strong PC skills, including Power Point, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
    • Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets.
    • Candidate must be able to work on-site in our Charleston, SC office, this position will not be a remote position.
