    Primary Function

    The Wholesale, Sales Team Assistant assists the Account Executives with various key duties, such as client and prospect lists, reporting, appointments, webinars, and technical set-up.


    • Reviews and Maintains Active Client an Prospect List for Territory by Geographic Location
    • Aids in setting appointments for external AEs
    • Runs and Summarizes Monthly Reporting
      • Pull Thru – By AE and By Broker
      • % Active Client Base – By AE
      • New Clients – Track Production for first 90 Days
      • % of Production by Product – By AE and
    • Runs Weekly Marketing / Training webinars in conjunction with an AE team member
      • Team Assistant will run presentations while AE is on these presentations as the subject matter expert
      • Focus of these Webinars will be on profit and volume building products for the region
    • Assists in pull through of outstanding Broker and Lender Set Up packages
      • Calling out on outstanding set up packages
      • Helping in obtaining deficient items as requested by Client Services
    • Follows up on Broker / Lender Renewals
    • Assists in teams Sales Nexus marketing list
      • Keep up to date
      • Monitor regularly to make sure all clients are getting the correct marketing
    • Walks through the submission process with every new Brokers first 1-3 submissions
      • Train all new clients the basics of a complete submission
      • Work with deficient items with the client as identified by LSU
    • Adds Clients with Portal Issues and Questions
      • Submission Issues and Questions
      • Lock Issues and Questions
      • General Portal Issues and Questions with Uploads and or adding and deleting users from the portal
      • Signs on and Password Help
    • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor



    Education and Experience Requirements  

    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required 
    • Must have one (1) to three (3) years of experience
    • Experience in the mortgage industry


    Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements  

    • Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
    • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills
    • Will need to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Basic computer user knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook)
