We have an opening due to growth and transition where an office administrator is needed to allow us to continue to expand and advance from within our organization.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Be the in the front of the office and the “face” of the company to greet visitors, new hires, potential candidates
    • Handle initial onboarding paperwork and distribution lists
    • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports for staff and Sr. Management (tasks, stale check, file balance, escheat, ad hoc)
    • Mail follow up letters for stale checks and research and follow up on file balances internally and externally 
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
    • Organize events including staff notice, food, parties, birthdays, anniversaries etc.
    • Order and track office supplies
    • Building or property manager correspondence, tickets, printer servicing, key fobs
    • Track and renew agency and producer licensing, surety bonds, audit items
    • Handle Invoice processing, accruals and payment monthly
    • Assist with policy production, recording, remittance, other areas possible
    • Assist with documenting processes/SOPs

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Proficiency in EXCEL a must
    • College Degree Preferred
    • Excellent oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers
    • Detail oriented and extremely organized
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service
    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
    • Knowledge of basic computer programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook
