    Primary Function:

    The Compliance and Vendor Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting with management of appraisal management companies (AMC), in some business relationships serving as the organization’s point of contact in managing service level agreements. The Compliance and Vendor Support Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring the company adheres to RESPA/TRID guidelines and discloses only those changes in fees and/or loan terms resulting from qualified changed circumstances as defined by HUD, within the allowable timeframes.  This role must work with internal and external clients on a daily basis to ensure that all loans submitted through the organization are in compliance and are completed in accordance with company processes and procedures.  The position also supports Operations in the requesting/processing of subordinations. 


    • Assist with the day-to-day duties of the Appraisal Management team, which includes but not limited to the logging and ordering of appraisals, appraisal delivery to our customers, tracking and maintaining the status of appraisal orders, and correspondence with appraisers, vendors, and sales branches
    • Records appraisal information in Lending System for all completed appraisals received
    • For each appraisal, records individual appraiser name, company, address and license number in Lending System
    • Customer service and departmental support
    • Assist the Disclosure team with adding fees for Final Inspections and sending out re-disclosures
    • Performs undisclosed debt monitoring (UDM) functions for the company on a daily basis.
    • Performs subordination submissions
    • Communicates with sales field on progress of subordination requests
    • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.


    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Must have one (1) to three (3) years of experience
    • Experience in the mortgage industry
    • Processing or underwriting experience is helpful but not required

    Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

    • Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
    • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills
    • Will need to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Basic computer skills
