    Primary Function

    Responsible for reviewing incoming loan files to ensure the file contains all documentation required to meet the minimum submission requirements.  Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.  Responsible for accepting the submission into the LOS system, input of information in order to generate required loan disclosures to prepare the file for underwriting.  Review GFE for proper fee disclosure.

    • Verify current status for compliance with submission requirements
    • Check loan files for required submission documentation/information
    • Communicate well with brokers to collect missing submission documents
    • Board loans onto the loan origination system
    • Complete HDMA scrub, USPS and check all exclusionary lists including LDP/GSA for all disclosed parties to the transaction
    • Conduct appropriate validations and verification of dataGenerate credit report
    • Initiate TILA disclosures
    • Prepare files for underwriting - trouble shoot files identified by third party vendor that is preventing it from moving into underwriting
    • Other assigned duties as required


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • 1 year minimum mortgage industry experience is preferred
