Responsibilities

 

Provide support to the Call Center Division through administrative and project focused responsibilities. The Call Center is made up of employees in the loan manufacture process and the Operations Team maintains the Process and Procedures to ensure the division is organized, efficient, and effective. Opportunity to learn the mortgage industry with future career advancement within the Call Center Division as well as the Corporate Organization.

 

  • Perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly responsibilities that impact the Call Center Division
  • Maintain Process, Policy and Procedures for the Call Center Division
  • Administrative responsibilities in the following areas:
    • Corporate Communication: Announcements and Newsletters
    • Human Resources
    • IT System Administration & Maintenance
    • Learning and Development
    • Policy and Procedures
    • Reporting: Excel & Tableau
    • Call Center Ranking: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually
  • Work directly with Call Center Senior Management including meeting preparations and presentations.

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements  

  • No Mortgage industry experience required
  • 4 year college degree required
  • Proven leadership abilities

 Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

 Strong sense of organization and responsibility for completing work quickly and accurately

  • Ability to handle faster-than-average pace of activities
  • Detail-orientation with efficient focus on work activities
  • Careful decision-making skill with ability to avoid mistakes
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), listening, and organizational skills
  • Computer and general system proficiency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
