Love to hunt, hustle and find true satisfaction with helping others make a great career move?  New Penn Financial is agressively building an industry-leading mortgage sales recuiting team from the ground up and we're looking to add the best recruiters in the business to our growing team.  

 

  • You will get recruit accross multiple channels, including consumer direct, retail and third party origination (Account Excutives) so you can fully harness your abilities (and earnings potential!).
  • You'll be able to partner with incredible Regional Leaders, develop compelling strategies to attract top talent, and go to market with the tools you need to succeed.  
  • This is a "get in on the ground floor" opportunity, so you'll really get to help shape the future of this team with incredible room to grow your career.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Sourcing.  Embrace the phone, send inmails, get out and network.  Whatever it takes to build and maintain a solid pipeline of talent.  The ideal candidate will have a strong existing network of Loan Officer/Account Executive contacts already.
  • Strong relationships and trust are crucial.  Partner with Division Leadership and Hiring Managers to develop the overall recruiting strategy for your area.  Be consistent and deliver with great communication.
  • Get creative with recruitment marketing.  Focus on activities that strengthen the top of our recruiting funnel and don't be afraid to try something new.  You know how hard it can be to get the attention of LOs! 
  • Analyze everything.  As we build our playbook for engaging top producers, we need to figure out what's working and what's not.  Measure all your activity to recognize the next best way to stay top of mind.
  • Don't just do a job, solve a problem.  We're a lean, mean recruiting team, so be ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle additional projects and duties to help us grow Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

 Education and Experience Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • One (1) to three (3) years of mortgage recruiting experience  (please DO NOT apply if you're not an experienced mortgage recruiter)
  • Corporate or Agency recruiting experience is required

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements  

  • Previous experience utilizing an ATS (application tracking system); iCIMS is a plus
  • Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) is required
  • Experience with CRMs and managing candidates
