    We are seeking experienced and proven Branch Managers in the State of Virginia!  The following markets are being targeted for growth: Virginia Beach, Roanoke, and Richmond!

     

    Primary Function: 

    The Region Manager generates mortgage sales by managing a staff of Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Loan Officers.  This role works with members of the executive team, develops, trains, guides and supports staff to achieve both department objectives and overall company strategic volume growth plans and profitability goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit, interview and train a team of motivated Mortgage Loan Originators to be the best in the market
    • Driving and increasing sales performance (and YOUR income!)
    • Coaching originators to be awesome: presenting loans at appropriate rates, amounts and terms that comply with NPF program guidelines
    • Get to show off to senior management the fact that you surpasses team/department goals
    • Coach your team to be New Penn Financial Code of Conduct over-achievers
    • Partner with Mortgage Operations to blow away the competition with service levels

    Qualifications

    Qualifications, Skill and Ability Requirements:

     

    • Know the business and keep up-to-date on industry news/happenings/regulations
    • The ability to think “outside the box” and find creative (compliant) ways to GROW BUSINESS
    • Self-motivators only need apply!
    • Detailed oriented people will go far here

     

     

    Education and Experience Requirements:

     

    • Have you been a Mortgage Originator before? Then you need to apply!
    • Sales experience in mortgage lending
    • History of success managing a team of MLOs producing a variety of loan programs in volume
